「The stay was great. The manager- Brian was fabulous. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The part of my stay that was an issue was trying to get ahold of Hotels.com when there was an issue with check in. I reserve red the rooms but the 2 rooms were under 2 different names. It was not an issue with the hotel but with the confirmation emails as they did not indicate that my reservation would be under 2 names. It was not helpful when I could not find a phone number to call to clarify...

「The desk clerk was very friendly, and explained the parking situation (no parking at the hotel). She was also very accommodating and gave us a room on the 3rd floor, which was very quiet, as my wife had a medical procedure done the next morning at a nearby medical facility. Rooms are very nicely designed, clean and quiet. Great place! 」
