「Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy.」

We booked a room with a balcony intentionally and couldn't use it because the door was broken. The bathroom light was flickering and eventually stopped working.
