Do not book here. They gave us a dirty room that stunk like wet dog, that looked like it was in the process of being worked on. Wet caulking on the walls, a rusty screw sticking out of the shower wall, and cheap (broken) plastic covering the shower rod. Worst of all, the shower drain was backed up and flooded with brown filthy water. We requested a different room and were denied, so we left within an hour of checking in. They refused to refund the stay even after we talked with expedia TWICE. 100$ a night down the drain. Save yourself the pain and do NOT stay here.

Dirty shower, small (full sized) bed for two, tv didn’t work, air conditioner kept going in and out throughout the night. Told the employee at the lobby about the dirty shower and the bed but they didn’t do anything about it. Do not stay. Don’t recommend.

Very Charming Boutique hotel. The rooms are not new but very cozy. There are lots of stores and shops within walking distance. It's an inexpensive uber ride to old San Juan destinations. It's also just 1 block away to the beach. Very nice, I would stay again. Parking can be a bit challenging. I parked on Calle Loiza most of the time. It's just a short walk to the hotel from there. PS I think PR has some of the most courteous drivers. Everyone was respectful on the road and let you merge in or turn.

The staff is super helpful especially Jhan. My favorite thing about it is the easy access to it and how we are able to walk right in and out of the hotel to an uber. I felt very safe in the area, it’s a great location. Restaurants, ocean, matcha is all close walking distance

Overall, I would never stay here again. The staff were incredibly rude. The water would not get hot in the shower or sink, and for all that money I paid is crazy. They tried to kick me out the hotel on my birthday because I complained about still not having wash cloths and towels provided on the second day. The sheets on the bed were covered with it looked like blood or poop stains. I was not accommodated for anything and felt uncomfortable the entire stay. Also , the door would not lock from the outside while we were gone. I do not recommend 0/10.

The condition of the room was old , definitely needs updating , could see rust in many places and there was a bag of open chips behind the ottoman left . The water was not hot to shower and took at least 5 mins to get luke warm .

Staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and had really good air conditioning units. I also appreciated the filtered water in the lobby. The pool was a really unique style with a small water feature and plants around the sides. It felt like a little oasis.

The hotel staff is always very friendly. Every place was clean, orderly and beautifully decorated. It's located in a nice neighborhood that's walkable to restaurants, stores and the beach. I only wish the water in the shower could get hotter.

An older property a block from the beach, that is being well cared for by the staff. Some staff were super nice and others not so much, which is something I’ve experienced at almost every San Juan hotel. If you’re hoping to have an early check in, you will not, check in is a hard 4pm but the pool is available before check in. Also, there’s 24 hour convenience store/ gas station a block away. $5 uber to Condado, $10-15 uber to airport and old San Juan.

The property was well kept close to the beach, and the staff was friendly. The one thing I did not like is they did not have parking available and we had to Park six blocks away from the hotel and walk with our bags.

The hotel was small, but my room was nice. The pool also was small, but well-maintained, pretty, and relaxing. There were several restaurants within walking distance, which was nice. The general area was not the most aesthetically pleasing, which isn't a flaw with the hotel, just an observation. If you go in knowing the hotel is fairly basic, but clean and nicely maintained, and that the area is mainly hotels and more function than form, then it's a great option.
