「The property is clean, modern and well equipped in terms of meeting facilities, gym and centrally located within walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and local attractions. The breakfast served is nice, ambience is good and I really enjoyed the nice turn over service at night with fresh coffee and cookies」

「The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.」

「Please note that, although Expedia filters search results for “pet-friendly” properties, this hotel (Palmetto Charleston) only accepts dogs. They will very “kindly” turn you away and tell you to find another place. After driving nearly 300 miles, that’s not exactly a warm welcome.」

「Everything was excellent as far as hotel experience goes. The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff. The added restaurant and rooftop bar was a great addition as well. Parking could be better and the outside noise also was annoying at times.」
