Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). 「First, if you like sleeping past 7am, I would book somewhere else at least until the end of 2027. They are building a Four Seasons next door. Second, whoever designed the bathroom should be fired. There is one small glass panel on the shower that does not stop water from getting all over the floor. It is clearly a slip risk, especially for older people. Apart from that it was fine.
