「The breakfast was great and the gym had good machines that were always available. We didn't get the promised text after check-in when our room was available, so we waiteduntil 3 even though it was ready early. The welcome drink was only an alchohol version, would have loved an NA version. The staff could have been friendlier.」

「Breakfasts were fine, but somewhat limited in options. Parking was extremely convenient, as we were able to park right outside the property every day we were there. Location was great. We were able to walk to great dining experiences and the park across the street was a great place to sit and chat. The top floor reading area was also a great place to relax.」

If I had to make minor suggestions, did not like that water spraying, hot, noisy toilet seat and the rooms are a bit dark meaning the walls and trim. The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and ate the most incredible meal. Our room was perfect! We loved it so much and have decided we will stay here everytime we visit Charleston!」

「Great hotel! The room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff. Great location. The only negative is that we could hear the restaurant music from our room so it was a little annoying. Otherwise it was great!!」

Valet service was great and the staff were friendly for that. Nice sized bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Awesome hotel that is in a beautiful setting.
