「We booked this hotel off of its rating and accolades shown in their site. I do feel, however, that it is VERY overpriced. We were disappointed in this upon arriving to Charleston and seeing what other options we had at much better nightly rates (in fact half the cost) based on when we originally booked the room. I understand it was a busy weekend for the town, but nevertheless we felt it didn't justify the price we paid. I will say, the service was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and...

「We absolutely loved HarbourView Inn for our quick overnight on our way back up north from florida. I splurged on this hotel since we were traveling Mother’s Day weekend and it was worth every penny. The smell of the lobby, the wine & cheese evening, the cookies and milk, free breakfast in our room. All such fantastic touches. The room was enormous and beds plush. We will absolutely be returning for a longer stay ! 」

Our room had no decent lighting, and was minuscule. So dark and not a chair to sit on unless you went to the lobby area. Bathroom was spacious 」

「We had a wonderful stay at Mills House. Centrally located, good service and a lovely patio attached to our room. One significant issue .. the bed pillows were TERRIBLE!! Very uncomfortable. No support. 」

「The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. 」
