「Our stay at the Winslow in OKC was a dream. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The woman I believe whose name was zeze was the best host, cook and desk attendant. She was friendly, social and very kind hearted. She was attentive and helpful as well. The hotel was the cleanest the beds were very comfortable and also extremely clean, it looked like a brand new room. The breakfast in the morning was great and all the staff when walking out for breakfast were welcoming with smiles and good mornings....

「The guy named Paul at front desk was extremely rude and refused our check-in. We brought a service dog with license but he insisted that only ADA dog is allowed. There is no any related information on their page on Expedia. We took this dog with license to many hotels and flights but this is first time this happened to us. At last he yelled at us saying get out of here. Disaster experience ever.」
