The customer service was top tier. I truly enjoyed my stay. I wish I could remember one woman’s name she worked front desk the 3pm-11pm shift absolutely loved her. The breakfast was great. Will stay again.

Great property and clean rooms. There were a lot of choices to eat at and the it felt safe. The pool was not the best and there was no jacuzzi but the other amenities were wonderful.

There were four USB ports in my room and I thought I would be able to charge my phone overnight but none of them worked and my phone died. Also, in the room there is a small refrigerator which did not keep my stuff very cold, but did keep it cool. The room did not have a microwave or a coffee pot and while there was coffee available in the lobby all the time I like to wake up and have a cup of coffee before I step out of the Door. breakfast was not served until 7AM So I cannot comment on breakfast as I had to be next-door at a Pickleball tournament at 7 AM so I did not get the breakfast experience either. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is fairly clean. They do allow dogs and I did find some dog hairs in some places and the shower seemed to have some hair in it but overall I would say I felt pretty comfortable with the cleanliness of the facilities, there is shopping nearby and lots of restaurant choices nearby, and it is quick and easy access to the turnpike.
