We loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful scent the moment you walk in, to the impeccable service. The staff are extremely professional, from the valet to the reception, beach and restaurants.
We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) at their terrace too, despite the heat.
The pool is amazing, super clean and quiet. The drinks were served to perfection.

The half board and lounge access is a must and was worth every penny, food options are great but drink are very very expensive and not included unless full board (Water £8-9 a bottle)
The rooms where spacious but the beds are very hard and pillows are to soft causing back ache everytime you sleep
Unfortunately on the first day we found the a robes had been rehung and not swapped for a new ones, we found this out as a e-cig had been left in one of the pockets, if not we would have never of known which was concerning as we have children with us, the hotel did resolve this asap and ensured to check all was ok every day of our stay after this
Also on the Expedia booking the hotel tax stated (to be paid at the hotel) did not take into account our room having 2 bedrooms so I was charged twice as much as stated at booking, I am yet to follow up with Expedia to see if reimbursement is possible as the hotel where adement they where not able to do anything forcing me to pay even tho seeing the booking in the Expedia app as confirmation

It is bare minimum resort. Food is good, but everything else is not worth it. Location is the worse possible. Staff is friendly and attentive. Room is very not cozy and basic.

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
