"Everything was great except for the fact that our room was FREEZING COLD! My husband owns an HVAC company so he tried adjusting the thermostat but it was not working and he could not turn off the fan, which continued to blow cold air. I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it and was told it was a known problem and the best they could offer was a blanket. I mentioned it again when we checked out but the hotel rep just said the same thing... that it was a known problem. "

"Nice hotel with pleanty of parking. No microwave in room, but excellant housekeeping, good lindns, pleanty of towels. Rolm was comfortable excep hvac unit noisy at times. The breakfast choices were good and tables arranged to give pfivacy/distance if desired. Stayed for 6 days. On the last Saturday it was very busy AND THE HARD WORKING KITCHEN STSFF COULD NOT KEEP UP. SEVERAL FOOD ITEMS RAN OUT LEAVING MSNY PEOPLE WAITING FOR A NEW SUPPLY WHICH RESULTED IN A "TRAFFIC-JAM" SITUATION. I asked the desk clerk if this was common on weekends or only on the busy Stzte Fzir wedkend. She said the chzos is frequent on most weekends. I SUGGEST THEY STAFF EXTRA HELP FOR EARL MORNING ON WEEKENDS so foods znd seating do not run out during yhe big and lengthy rush. Also, to me ghe coffee seemed watery. Not robust."
