When we checked in we had two rooms on the 4th floor. When we got to our rooms the keys wouldn't open the doors. Went back to front desk and the guy couldn't get them to work. He called someone to come and fix the problem but we had to wait in the hallway. After 15 minutes the gut from the front desk came and let us into one room. After about a half hour we got keys for both rooms. Not a happy experience

Upon arrival, the front desk person was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Then when they started to explain the extra fees, I was getting my credit card out and when I set it on the desk they just stopped explaining and swiped my card with no further explanations. Then after my visit, I notice I am charged for the fee that wasn’t fully explained upon check-in, and another unknown fee. I call right away and a much more helpful person answered the phone who apologized right away and said they would need a manager to reverse the charges. It took another day, but they did reverse the charge. I will never stay there again.
