「Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.」

「The outside looked decent. But the inside, oh my goodness. Where do I begin. When I got there to check-in, staff was not present. I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key.
