"Our room was on the 8th floor. It was a beautiful view of the ocean and pier from the balcony and from the front you could see the whole sky wheel. The staff has always been real friendly and thats why we always go back. "

"We didn't get a very good look at the ocean from our 16th floor room BUT that was due to MAJOR lingering FOG. My only complaint about the room is that it was equipped for 4 people/ 2 queen beds. There is NO room for 4 people, barely enough for 2, and that was with us constantly stwpping aside to let the other person by. I washed dishes sitting on the side of the bed. You have to side step to get to the itty bitty closet. I was not aware of 316 feet (room size) until I stayed here. We won't be back"

"We loved our stay here! It was so nice to have a beach view and to have access to a warm pool with lots of slides for the kids and hot tubs for the adults! It’s especially helpful when the weather is a bit chilly. The room had everything we could need and it was SOOO nice to not have to worry about cleaning every inch of the room like we would have to at a VRBO!!"

"I would not stay in this room again. The TV didn't work. The drapes were sagging from the top, the beds were very creaky, loud and uncomfortable. The valet service that I paid extra for did not help us. There was hair in my sink when I arrived and the floor was very slick, making walking difficult. When I spoke to the supervisor she was defensive."
