The lobby and surrounding areas including indoor and outdoor seating and fireplaces, are so appealing to the eye to just sit and take in all the scenery. The pool area is secluded and very relaxing. The ambience if the Lodge means you can switch off and relax. Perfect location」
「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
