「Very easy check in process. Rooms have everything you need. Cheese and wine hour was a perfect addition to our stay. The front desk makes reservations to the local Italian restaurant, which was delicious. The continental breakfast had a large array of options! Beautiful hotel within the redwoods of Mill Valley! 」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
「Definitely a good stay! Pricey but worth that yummy breakfast in the morning. I didn’t get to indulge on the cocktail hour they had which I regretted. I would definitely stay there again. The room was so clean and the beds comfy. They just got to work on their pillow game but all in all very fine hotel.」
「Waters Edge Hotel was clean and bright. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a very personable front staff and just in time for the wine hour! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave at times.
The only downside was the noise level when having the door open outside coming from the restaurant below.」
