I expected a much higher standard from the Palace Hotel, especially after paying $100 per day for valet parking. Unfortunately, my experience with their valet service was extremely frustrating. They left the keys inside my car, which resulted in the keys being disabled and car undrivable.
What made matters worse was that I had an injured leg, and instead of the valet staff handling the issue professionally, I was forced to walk to the car twice to resolve the situation myself. This not only caused me pain but also disrupted my schedule.
For a hotel of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable.
