The location is so beautiful - a Victorian style mansion. the staff were all so kind and polite and room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Really wonderful stay. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Furnishings in rooms (furniture, wall art) a little dated but not an issue. We had a problem with some sound in our first room and the staff were accommodating and able to place us into a different room. I would like to specifically call out Amanda and Krish as being professional, friendly, and accommodating. They really were great hosts and made the stay all that much better. Lastly, the breakfast was also very delicious! I specifically loved the congee/rice porridge bar and the french toast that came with a homemade vanilla bean whipped cream. You can tell the employees here care about their work and the guest experiene!

Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much.
