"Everything me and my husband did was walkable or by bus it was a nice property in an area that is close to Bars and food places 10/10. I love the no room key thing too I loose them a lot "

"The property is literally in the heart of pier 39 43 1/2, several cruise tours, etc. The location is ideal if one wants to experience all of pier 39/Wharf’s Fisherman. However, the rooms are a little dated but clean. I was not a fan of the bathroom because it was very small and no counter space. I initially booked this property because it stated game room since I have a toddler. Keep in mind that the game room has games but not like arcade games for toddlers. Games geared more towards teens ( connect four-outside versions, foosball, etc.). I also requested an early check-in (noon) but room was not ready until 2. So we walked around and got something to eat until the room became available. Overall, this property is the perfect location for touring the area."

"Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the stay at Hotel caza. Just the Swimmingpool we thought it was little cold temperature."

"Only stayed one night but they upgraded us to a suite which was luxurious. Location was perfect for all the sightseeing venues. I would stay there again without question. They even gave me a bag scale to weigh my bags before I headed off to the SFO international airport which is about 20-30mins away- just under $40 US for an uber."

"Check-in clerk never told me there were two separate buildings, and that the pool was in the building I wasn't in. Only told me pool was on the second floor, so I wandered around looking for it in my building. One elevator was out the entire time I was there, so it created a pile up at the other elevator, and even though staff knew that, it took them 12 hours to put a sign up."
