「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. 「The location is excellent, there is not much traffic on the vicinity. The room is clean with separate bedroom and living room. The living room has sofa bed that you can use in case you need an additional bed. Breakfast buffet is good. Staffs are friendly. Great hotel for family. Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely book again on my next visit to the bay area.」
