"The floors are very dirty and need to be mopped!!!"

"Our stay was extremely frustrating from the moment we arrived. There were far too many stairs and level changes to navigate in order to reach the room, and very little assistance was offered to my wife and me. We were told to “take the elevator, and it’s only a few steps to your room,” but that was completely inaccurate. In reality, we had to navigate what felt like five different flights of stairs — going down and back up multiple staircases — all while carrying two large suitcases. To make matters worse, the room keys did not work on three separate occasions, forcing us to repeatedly make the long trip back down to the lobby to have them reprogrammed. The entire experience was exhausting, inconvenient, and far below expectations."

"Me and my 2 young girls went on a week-long California road trip which wrapped up with 2 days to explore the San Francisco area. We opted to stay at the Corte Madera inn and were not disappointed! It became a highlight of our trip! The pool is AMAZING! Rooms are big and clean. There’s even a ping pong table and basketball hoop poolside! We especially appreciated the hot tub and the breakfast. I also appreciated having parking free and nearby (compared to staying downtown San Francisco). It was within 20-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do in the Bay Area, and the nearby shops were an unexpected perk! If you’re planning a trip to the San Francisco area with kiddos who love to swim, and have refer to be away from the hustle of the city, this is the PERFECT spot!! The staff are wonderful as well!"

"Staff was more friendly this time. It’s a new place and very well kept. There are many stores and restaurants across the street from the hotel."

"Pretty nice affordable hotel! I will definitely be coming back! Cards sometimes don’t work but the front desk staff will help fix that. Overall it was pretty clean and tidy, excellent experience."

"On their website it says they have breakfast but when I was there they only had muffins in a cabinet and hot chocolate/coffee. If you’re expecting more than that, this is not the place to stay."

"Advertised as a hotel but was a motel. Run down and gross. Even killed a cockroach in our room."

"From the outside you can tell the hotel had not been updated. The place just looked old and could have used a coat of paint. The interior was very modest and also needed some TLC. I spotted insects multiple times during my two night stay and one cockroach on my last day. Yuck! A lamp on the dresser near the bed would have been nice. The staff was nice enough to provide me extra towels. Good enough for me, but would have been embarrassed had I brought my wife here. Conveniently located to gas stations."
