「The staff are courteous, the room is clean, bed is comfortable, and I like the amenities. The traffic nearby is a little loud and woke me up a couple of times. I was able to go back to sleep. Overall I like this hotel and I'll be back.」

「Beautiful location, fun neighborhood to explore, pleasant light breakfast served on a tray to your room every morning, hot drinks available day and night at coffee stations, sweets at the front desk, wine, cheese and crackers in the lobby every evening, fresh chocolate chip cookies before bed. Very comfortable bed, large room with a view and a balcony. Large bathroom with tub and shower. Will stay there again!」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「When I read the reviews before me, I was weary, but having grown up in the Bay Area and gone to Sausalito many times I gave this place a try. This is a classic, bay boutique hotel, and I loved it! It’s an old house, so it has a lot of charm. If you come in expecting it to be like a true hotel; you’ve set expectations incorrectly. It was very clean, very spacious, very safe, and the staff was very kind. They have water and coffee for you, and it is a quick walk away from restaurants and shops...

「Super cute, cozy. Would like to see variety of breakfast options from day to day. Given the age of the facility, can be a bit loud/noisy first thing in the morning. The surrounding area is adorable, plenty of cafe's, dining options. Will stay again. 」
