This motel was a great find. I was very satisfied immediately when checking in. Very nice staff. Super clean. I loved the new design in the rooms. The location is perfect. Many restaurants and attractions close by. I will definitely stay here again.

Star Motel was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to SF. It was centrally located near multiple public transit options and a variety of shops and restaurants. The motel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and kind. The only drawback to the location, is that the motel is located on a busy road and we could hear louder trucks and motorcycles driving through the night, but other than that it was perfect!

Room was very clean but had a slight funky smell to it. AC unit gets cold quickly. Bathroom was very clean and shower was nice. Front desk staff was helpful and quick with the check in process.
