I would never stay at this property again. It has been updated but was poorly done. The bathroom light is automatic and does not stay on when you shower. So you must get out of the shower so the motion will put the light back on. Tiny rooms. Rude employees. Terrible service. Very noisy street. Anywhere else would be better than this property.

Brand new motel on Lombard, walking distance to lots of SF sites (including Palace of Fine Arts, Krissy Field, Ft. Mason, Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman’s Wharf). Free parking was awesome!!

Hôtel parfait ! La chambre est grande, propre et neuve. La literie est très confortable. Le parking est gratuit et il y a de la place (rare à SF). L’hôtel est hyper bien situé pour visiter et on se sent en sécurité dans ce quartier. Je recommande +++++

It was in a great location and was very walkable which made the experience fun. Plenty of food, shops, etc. that were very fun and easy to walk to. It was my first time in San Francisco and would definitely stay here again.

The Tv had a huge distortion on the top right side and the table fell apart when we moved it to use the hide a bed. It was day 2 of 4 when we finally turned on the tv to find it broken. They kept my $200 deposit.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room even though that is not what I had booked. This made the bathroom design inconvenient since there was no counter space or anywhere to set toiletries or any belongings. Also, the ac in the room did not work. Good thing it wasn’t too hot during our stay.

We had a great stay! The room are good size and clean. The parking garage is a plus in San Francisco. And good bus routes to the touristic spots in the city

El ruido del exterior y de las habitaciones contiguas se escucha mucho. De ahi en fueras las instalaciones estan de 10, limpias y nuevas. La ubicacion buenisima y el precio tambien.

The room was really nice and very clean. The property was newly renovated, and they did an excellent job on the interior design. The exterior areas were really nicely maintained. I think housekeeping forgot to clean the shower (there was a used bar of soap in there). The coffee station in the room had not been replenished with regular coffee. The AC wasn’t working, but it was an easy fix by pressing reset button on the plug.
