「The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.」

「Wi-Fi signal is very weak. Very few tissue paper left in the room. Barely no charging point that can be used for charging cell phones and other devices.」

「停车场出来的电梯是锁着的，要check in 以后有酒店卡才能开，只有楼梯可以走进酒店。酒店里面有娱乐设施，大人小孩都可以玩。」

「With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.」
