Fergy checked us in and was there most of the 3 days we stayed. He was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. Overall great stay."

"We started our stay here at Wyndham as a convenience to Bellarmine University. Now its our favorite hotel. We stayed at other Wyndham hotels and received the same great service and more importantly, cleanliness. "

"Super easy and quick check in! Theres a refundable $50 deposit that I don’t remember the website mentioning when we booked, as long as there’s no smoking/damage you get it back! No big deal. The room was clean, air was cold, shower was hot, and the bed was comfy! Bathroom was tinier than I expected but for just one overnight it was fine! Only complaint, when entering the room; the smell of chemical cleaners smacked you in the face! But we left the door open and turn on the air to circulate some fresh air! About 15 minutes it was fine! Granted I’d rather it smelt clean than sour! "

"Completely understaffed for biggest weekend of the year—Kentucky Derby. Ridiculous long wait for food in restaurant and very long wait in lounge. Also price jacked up for the weekend. "
