「We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!」

「Oh MY! 6-star hotel, if I could give it that. I felt like I was at a resort (out of the country). Top-notch facilities, top-notch staff, top-notch rooms, top-notch ambience, top-notch amenities! I came to Louisville for a work trip. I am already making plans to come back later this summer to explore the town some more on a personal note. We couldn't have been more pleased. 「There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !」

「While it was basically a nice experience there was little to no quick prepackaged breakfast options for people with a tree nut/peanut allergy. But they were very accommodating as its was my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day. Would go back as this was a “staycation” for us.」
