「The hotel was generally nice - but what really made our stay great was a woman whose name I believe was Nilka, who checked us in. We were in a rush to get to a wedding and she got us right in to a wonderful room even though we were a little early for check in. She had a great attitude and truly made our stay wonderful. I really appreciate the hospitality and I would absolutely stay here again. Great views of the river and best value we found in the area」

「The first night our lock on our door stopped working, so we were locked out. They were very accommodating to get us a different room for the evening and got us whatever we needed! Very nice place to stay downtown!」
