「I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. 「This place is absolutely ridiculous! The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! When I 1st checked in the room, it smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and restroom is falling down. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet were loose. To to it off, the bed was hard and I could feel the springs. 😞 I went to the front desk asking to change the room, they said that water pipes busted and they didn't fix the ceiling or clean the carpet. 「I just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room was perfect. Cold air, nice shower, bed was fine. Enjoyed watching Tv. No other amenities. No breakfast, coffee etc or anyone at the front desk alot of the times. Phones do not work in the room or when you try calling. You have to book online or possibly at the front desk if someone there. Again, the room was surprisingly nice」
