「We booked a room with two queens but received a room with king and pullout. No sheets for pullout and had to ask several times for the sheets and pillows. Shower had no shampoo and again asked a couple times to fill up shampoo. Once pullout was set up For bed there was no room to walk around. Went to make some tea in the breakfast area the “hot” water container was cole water. It was a good location to our activities.」

「We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62.
