The staff and manager were very nice, they let us change our room so we could enjoy the nice view of the lake and and skyline. Easy access to the freeway but far enough so it's nice and quiet. Stayed almost an entire week, overall a great stay.
Unique and HUGE compound with a cool pool and nightclub area

Huge but bit older facility, definitely could use some updating. Convenient location. Enjoyed exploring nearby Clarksville in addition to several Louisville spots!
Great people at the hotel bar. Easy access to freeway and general area to find things to do, whether it's Indiana side or Kentucky side. Tons of parking at this hotel - very big facility.
Nice pool are, and a small fitness room next to the pool area.
Stayed during the Louder than Life festival while the hotel was sold out to full capacity, and still the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the festival, which was convenient and easy to use, making our stay even more affordable because we didn't need a rental car or have to use ride share services. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and remarkably reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is old but unique. We had two cockroaches in our room. Bar is fun.
Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Beautiful view of the pond. Great food. Cooked to order. Bar was nice. Dj on the weekend. Can’t beat it. Will stay again.
The staff was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean, beautiful historical hotel truly enjoyed our time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, huge thank you to Ashton who was working non stop in the bar and restaurant! We were there for Louder Than Life this year (2026) and they offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the event each day. The only downsides of the hotel were no complimentary breakfast, no fans in the bathroom or microwaves in the room and the AC seemed to be struggling in restaurant and bar areas (although it was extremely HOT this year). Overall we would stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and pleasant! Their pool was amazing and they even had an indoor gym. The hallways were a little confusing but it let us see more of the hotel. They had courtyards and gardens, it was honestly quite magical with how inexpensive the stay was. The only issues we had were that the t.v only had cable and had some lines going through the screen. Not unwatchable or anything but it was a little distracting lol.
Very clean, friendly staff. The restaurant makes good food at this price point. You won't find anything better. This competes with higher price points. Great value
I would like to give a shout out to Ashton, the bartender. She was AMAZING!! She was prompt while taking care of many customers all at once. She was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of and having fun at the bar. She worked all 3 nights of our stay in addition to morning hours in the restaurant and maintained a pleasant, welcoming approach at all times. She is a great example of service excellence!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed here from September 16–21 for Louder Than Life and had a great experience! Everyone was super helpful, and we honestly had no problems whatsoever during our stay. They were also great about extending checkout when needed, as long as we asked ahead of time.
Emily was absolutely amazing! She was fast, efficient, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She definitely made our experience even better.
We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this trip, but we definitely plan to next time! We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I travel often to try out new hotels and restaurants just to review and post about to our followers. We came to celebrate our anniversary at the Radisson. This hotel is incredibly large, with a beautiful lake, delicious food, and the most amazing and accommodating staff. Granted, everything is very outdated and very worn down, but the bones of it are unique and worth a stay even now! I have sleep insomnia and got 2 nights of good sleep if that counts for anything. That's why I am excited that they are currently undergoing renovations! We will absolutely be returning next year to see what a beautiful job they've done. Once given a little face-lift, this hotel is guaranteed to be one of our top 3 ever visited. Our favorite parts of this hotel currently: Heated pool, comfortable mattress, the food, and the staff that go above and beyond (Kenny, Eric, and the Manager Tumeka). See you all again soon!

It was dated and dingy. It had a dank smell. My room was mostly clean, but it had the top of a yogurt squeezy on the floor when I arrived there so I don’t know how thoroughly it was clean.
