"Staff was amazing and tried to accommodate but hotel is super old tv was horrible but the biggest issue was that the ac did not work the whole time you could be it even breath in our room. Maintenance guy was super nice and tried a couple times to fix it but it was just not happening. "

"The stay was great. The only thing that that I/we had a problem with was that no one told us that there would not be housekeeping on a daily basis. I didn’t find out until I got in for the night and found that housekeeping didn’t come to our room. Then I called the front desk asking about getting fresh towels and that’s when i was told that you have to request housekeeping if you are staying for less than 4 days/nights. And with the price I paid I feel like I should have housekeeping every day. "

"This hotel was great. Convenient to downtown without the hassle. An uber is about 15 minutes to the HB stadium. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast typical with oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagel, toast, and yogurt. Front desk staff was super nice and gave me suggestions and advice. "
