We stayed here for a show at the Agora Theater. It was clean, the staff was great…especially the gal taking care of the free breakfast buffet and it smelled nice! We will definitely stay there anytime we are in town for a show! Thank you!

It’s a little further out from downtown, but the staff was great and the rooms were clean. It was extremely expensive for that evening.

The room was reasonably priced for being mid-town. The shower had great water pressure. The room was clean, and comfortable. The down side, was no coffee machine in the room. I'm a very early riser, and would like to enjoy a cup, before I leave my room. We will stay again for the close proximity to Downtown Cleveland and the Cleveland Clinic.

Property was clean, bright, functional. Parking was good, breakfast adequate. One elevator was not in service and the elevator button on ground floor didn't light up when pressed.

This was a real gem. Picked the hotel out from the map. Landed after a long drive from VA and a Guardians game. Staff met me with great warmth and care. The room was fresh, smelled great (so rare) and temperature control in room worked (again, so rare). Check time of 12 noon was a nice surprise. Will stay here again!

The room was very nice and clean, but the air-conditioning was out in the lobby/breakfast area for our entire stay. The breakfast was not great. We ended going out for breakfast our second day. We usually stay downtown and we'll probably do that on return trips.
