Outdoor pool was closed down. Pool view room double beds is what we thought we were receiving had tons of over grown grass weeds and cigarette butts on patio. Shower would not drain. AC unit had no knobs and was covered in dust.

We have stayed at this location several times when it was a DoubleTree and had a great experience. When we arrived we waited in line for about 90 minutes before we were checked in. The hotel had run an online special and were swamped with bookings. Lysa at the front desk was amazing and I applaud her for keeping her cool. As far as the hotel goes, 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service, at 8:30pm there were mountains of dirty laundry stacked in the hallways, the room was musty, had no soap for the sink, the shampoo was empty, the A/C kept resetting to 83 degrees and the carpet looked like it was well past it's lifetime. Not sure we will try this hotel again. :-(

It took an hour to check in, 45 minutes into the wait, they tell me I have sign the waiting list. I get to my room an was getting ready for bed. I pulled the sheets back to find dried blood on them. The following morning I go for breakfast and come back. Pull the chair out to find food crumbs and grease on the chair.

We are hoping that this property is undergoing renovation. The grounds are trashy. The outdoor pool is closed for some reason in July. The air conditioning does not seem to be working in any of the main areas of the hotel. The main elevators are not working at all. There are areas in the hallway that are just littered with trash. There are linens from the morning all throughout the hallways even through the entire evening. The check-in process took around 45 minutes, and there were only four or five people in line ahead of me.

Access from the highway is very good. The side doors were jammed open with stones to stop them for closing. I kept closing them and the staff on duty seemed helpless in managing this issue as there was just 1 person at the desk. The understaffing of the front desk was a real issue, as I had to wait in queue for close to an hour at 11:00pm to checkin. The bath was blocked and had drain backflow coming in. Understaffed, unsafe and badly maintained.

This property was acquired by another and was not maintained. A long walk to the elevators needed. Dirty floors unswept, pool looked filthy and the guests in it were noisey, too many in it and smoking inside. The group I was with was treated poorly by staff upon arrival and their rooms given away. One staff member stated they could not find their room as they didn’t check in on time it was sold. However another found it immediately causing undue stress and emotions. Cops roaming lot and making everyone feel like criminals. Breakfast was available however nobody attending to it to purchase. Long check in times, assuming due to staff not liking job which they stated during arrival. Location was perfect for our purpose but based on everything else, this is a hotel we won’t use again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The only drawback was they are doing some renovations but those are to improve the property and will be completed soon. Will definitely be staying again when I’m back in the area.

The property is severely under construction, the convenience to the room and directions on how to get there, was poor at best. In all honesty it is should not even be open until it is completed. Also, it did not say that the pool was open, which was closed.

Got in line of about 10 groups at 9:36pm to check-in. It’s about 125 degrees in the lobby and someone is smoking marijuana outside the doors so there’s a waft of it every time the double doors open. At about 10:30, the line has grown significantly behind me. There is a high girl 2 behind me works at a bar for the last 15 years bartending and would like everyone to know their specials and all they have on tap. It’s so hot someone opens a fridge near and stands in the door By this point my son has been in the car about 1.5hrs while I’m standing in line. At 11:15, the only person working announces, they’ve been overbooked by a 3rd party and they don’t have inventory for the number of ppl they see in line. I’m 2nd from the front now. But high girl shares there’s a two dollar beer special at her bar. Ppl are mad, mad. “I have a confirmation #” (barging to the front). “EVERYONE has a confession #!” Ppl are writing names on a piece of blank paper. Hotel staff tell ppl to write your name here and the boss will refund you tomorrow. Ppl are losing their minds. I’m next. The night time relief comes in and can’t believe it. Lady behind me who I’ve got to know really well in the last two hours is in town bc of family member in poor health. I’m now at the front of the line. They look at their inventory and check a room and I got the last one. I had to tap my card 3x even though showed approved on my end. Still fearful I’ll have extra charges. Pool was also closed for renovations.

This may have been the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced, and I travel extensively. Some of the staff were rude, my room did not have the trash and towel service until the 4th day I was there, when I complained the staff yelled at me. There are drugs being taken and sold in the parking lots in the back. I was solicited for a “massage” while on the elevator. I will never stay here again and would never recommend it.

The elevators were shut down. One working in the building had to walk forever to get to the room. Cleanliness could have been better in the hallways. Room was fine.
