As a housekeeper myself, this place was dirty. I had to clean my own room. It was rose petals in my room under the room in the couch bed. Sauce on the wall. Hallways dirty, rails in the elevator came off when my mom held it. Dog poop in the hallway. It was terrible. The staff was good tho. I told them to hire me and I’ll show them how to detail clean and more.

During our stay, we experienced the following: The initial room assigned to us had a non-functioning shower. The faucet handle spun freely and we were unable to access proper hot water. After being moved rooms, the second room had a malfunctioning lock that did not properly secure. This presented a legitimate safety concern. The pool, one of the primary amenities that influenced our booking decision, was initially unavailable upon arrival. This information was not disclosed prior to booking regardless of the communication that took place. I was instructed to follow up with a manager regarding these concerns. However, during our three-day stay, the manager was not present when I attempted to address the matter prior to checkout.

Room carpet was not clean. Wall heater did not blow warm air until we removed the filters and cleaned months of lint and dirt from them. My wife and I had hoped to use the hot tub which was drained and had been for a while. The pool was functional but had things floating in the water and hadnt been cleaned in a while. There was no laundry bags in the room and there was only one working elevator that apparently had been the only one in use for a while. A final frustration was not finding a hair dryer in the bathroom. When asked for one at the front desk the attendant had to check three different rooms to locate one for us. The second floor where we stayed smelled strongly of weed. I will not stay here ever again. The one positive thing I can add here is that Lynicia who was staffing the front desk was pleasant and tried to accommodate our request.

Parking lot unplowed and icy Didn’t have king bed room I reserved Shampoo & conditioner empty Room coffee had not been replenished No hot water for shower Elevator out of service - had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with my luggage. They only put an out of service sign on the main floor - didn’t bother with the other 4 floors.

Room keys wouldn't work because of constant "updating" but the outside rear door remained unlocked. Homeless folks were sleeping in the lobby and a deranged guy was talking to himself and screaming at imaginary folks for at least 8 hours. No ice, towels, coffee and water leaks were causing the ceilings to fall on the 1st and 5th floor.

I booked a king size room was given double beds the bathroom had hairs all the sink area and urine in toiled upon arriving and staff didn’t do anything about dint clean my room offer me a different room and upon calling customer service they still didn’t do anything.

This was the worse experience I have had with any hotel over 50 plus years. I had reservations for 3 nights. I arrived at 2PM on day 1 and was told that early check-ins were not allowed and to return after 4 PM. This was on Valentines Day. When I returned at 5:45 PM, there were 23 customers standing in line to check in. This place only had one person handling the checking and one person that helped activate the door cards. No explanation was given to the customers waiting in line. The hotel was grossly understaffed. It took me more than 1.5 hours to get to the reservation desk to check in. I asked if there were computer issues and was told by the person working at the reservation desk that the hotel was fully booked and that the rooms were not ready. Think about this. The hotel was fully booked, meaning they knew they were going to be busy. The fact that the rooms were not ready before 6 PM shows incompetent management. The hotel also requires a mandatory $100 deposit which it holds for 3 days according to a sign at the front desk. The room I reserved was not ready, so I was given a different room. Once I got to the room I discovered there were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, or any other towels in the room. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The wood frame where the door chain is located was very loose and looked like it may have been forced open a few times with several poor-quality repairs. Fire alarm two times. Had to call the desk to ask if we should evacuate

The room I stayed in was dirty, old stuff was left in the fridge, along with hair all in the shower. Nothing was wiped down, and the restaurant wasn’t even open, which was one of two of the reasons I even chose your hotel! We got breakfast Sat, all to pay a total of $45 for my 8 year old to eat a bowl of cereal, my 10 year old picked at a few things, and I tried the French toast and potatoes, which was cold, everything was cold. So all I ended up eating out of all of it was yogurt. Not to mention, again, I chose this place instead of any other hotel with a complimentary breakfast, which is what I usually do, just to pay for the same warm breakfast I would’ve gotten for free elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied. The entire hotel was leaking through the ceiling, the coffee maker in the room had mold and dirt in it. Honestly I can go on, but these are the main of my concerns and I hope to hear back.

Fire alarm went off twice due to people smoking in there room. Was told it’s a false alarm and not to worry about it. Rooms were super dirty. Took 8 hours to get extra towels. Housekeeping did not come at all during my stay. The hallways went mopped for 3 days. People came into my room due to over booking. Exterior garbages were not emptied. Roof was leaking. No refund or credit was given. I do not recommend. For the price paid I would expect the upkeep to be much better.

Every trash can in and out of the building was full and overflowing. Carpets had stains, walls were dirty, building falling apart internally. Hot tub was over chlorinated and stung my eyes. I was told that I would have free breakfast but I did not. Woken up by a fire escape or fire alarm twice through the night with no apology or explanation. Everywhere I went it smelled like weed. The morning front desk clerk was not nice.

One star and terrible is not low enough. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. First we tried to check in at 2:40 PM and they would not allow us, we came back at 5:10 PM and there was a check-in line wrapped around the lobby. So we left and went to dinner and came back at 6:20. The check-in line was still wrapped around the lobby. We ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes just to check in while we were waiting in line. Multiple guests came to the counter saying they had no hot water, they had no sheets on their bed, and they had no towels or soap. Finally, we got our room went to the room… We had reserved a king size room with a pullout sofa bed, they gave us a standard queen room with one queen bed, and a little chair. I went back down and told the front desk and they said,“it was clean though right?“ And that was it. They went on to attend to other guests and did not acknowledge my concern. We ended up going back up to the room and staying. While I was down at the front desk, the one worker who was checking people in, made an announcement to everybody still waiting in line that there were no more clean rooms and they had a choice of waiting until rooms became clean or getting a refund. The entire building was in total dis repair, there were holes and ceilings and walls everywhere and there were water leaks throughout the building with a buckets and trash cans under them to catch the leaks we needed ice, went down to the ice machine… It did not work.

All around not a good place to stay. Dirty! Poor check in. Took forever too with one person checking guests in. Waited in line for over an hour. Leaks in ceiling everywhere. Buckets and trash cans under leaks. Our ceiling was falling in in our room and black mold. We had one towel for 4 of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst hotel ever!! Roof was leaking over the entire hotel. Very dirty, no hot water , smelled like mildew, only one elevator worked, and it was very sketchy. The rooms we booked they did not have available when we got there. Our keys did not work multiple times had to get them re-keyed. Staff live on site and homeless people hanging out.
