「If you are looking for a place to stay and experience the history of Charleston, i highly recommend this special place. Furnished in period antiques and featuring carefully restored and maintained rooms, but with a few modern upgrades, this home is fantastic. We were on a girls' trip (4 girls in their early 40's from all over the US) and we would stay back here in a heartbeat if returning to Charleston in the future. 「We arrived late which I had told the hotel sinxe we were traveling. We arrived and the front door was locked, my husband had to call and wake up front desk lady. We also had too unload our luggage on King Street since hotel has no entrance or parking. 「Rooms were decent. when I asked for a blanket they didn’t have any available.. The pool is dirty. The breakfast was average nothing special. they sacrifice more room in the bedroom area and the bathroom suffered to where you had to close the door to get into the shower or use the toilet. 」
