「We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

「I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped...
