Everything was wonderful. The sunrise on the beach was spacracular. The pool was refreshing. The staff by the pool were very accommodating as well. The entire time there was very pleasant.

family vacation! we booked last minute after coming in 2025 so we got a queen double one night and junior suite the last few nights. Staff was soooo nice and helpful! my sons loved the bunk bed room and patio. Looks like we have made this an annual thing.

The location was great. The pool was nice and so was the daily live music. The staff that checks you in can be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful. Housekeeping, we had them come in 2x to take out the garbage but they didn’t even attempt to make the bed or give us more toilet paper or tissues. I definitely recommend this hotel but I do think that certain things can be tweaked. Please note there is a $35 per day resort fee.

The Tiki Hut draws a lot of offsite guests, which makes it very crowded for the guests staying at the hotel. Beach access is excellent and steps away from the hotel. It’s a crowded beach with public access so it gets very busy. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a nice perk of the location.

The location is great, right next to the beach. The room is spacious and what I expected based on the photos at the time of the booking. Parking is plenty. Pool and restaurant staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing that I did not like was that the pool was not clean. The first time we went to the pool which was on our second day there, the pool was cloudy and there was an oily film floating on top of the water at the corner of the pool. I don't think the filtration system was working correctly. On the third day, the pool looks clean in the morning, the water was clear; however, by mid-day, it was back to the same as the day before.

There was nothing that made it seem like a “Resort”, like advertised. The cleaning staff were very nice and did a decent job. The valet staff were great but they were brought in from Atlanta for the weekend. We ended up checking out a day early and nobody at the front desk asked why or seemed to care.
