Quiet property. The beds were clean and had ZERO bed bugs. The floor by the kitchen had orange stains on the floor that I attempted to get up but was unable to. The last day we did find 2 roaches in our room. And I was able to catch one and take it to the manager in which she took off one day of hotel fees ($21) The pool was nice and the area was safe.

Cute clean old hotel with loud air conditioning in the unit. For the price you pay stay somewhere else they don’t even give you a napkin or a roll of paper towels for your kitchen and then when I called they told me I had to go down there to get it instead of someone bringing it to my room and then I asked for salt and pepper, and they said that they didn’t have any because the housekeeping locked it up after breakfast. So if you want to spend $360 a night also on Expedia the room I had said it would have a balcony but when I got there, they said that dogs can only stay on the first floor and had I not checked in in time, they would’ve sent me away that’s what they told me at the front desk after driving for 8 hours. And then, if you do have a dog, you have to notarize and sign your life away they got like fees for every possible thing that they can nail on. I would highly recommend not staying here if you are a pet owner or if you like to have a napkin or a good night sleep.

Undisclosed pet fee. Extra 130 dollars added to three night stay, only tell you when your checking in. A 2 star hotel, rooms clean and modern but breakfast is just powder eggs.

$90 pet fee undisclosed/ hidden taken at check-in as well as $50 deposit. Pool was crowded. Facilities are nice. Breakfast was great with many options. The 2-story room was our favorite with the bed upstairs and living room downstairs.

The rooms were very clean. The loft room was unique. The property was close to the Harbour Lighthouse and Coligny Beach park. The hotel attendants did did give you a warm friendly greeting. That would of helped out a lot. When quest has traveled hours to get there and your attitude is not that pleasant at all. I had to break the ice then it got better. Expect a lot of kids in the pool area. The loft has two nice bathrooms. The hotel is back in a secluded area. You are charged a 100.00 deposit after leaving they will put it back on your credit card with 3 to 5 business days. The breakfast was good and filling. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quite. They do NOT come and clean your room or bring towels. You go to the front desk for towels. Doe the most part the stay was not bad it was a positive experience.
