「Beach view from room was awesome and the room was fine for what we needed. However, water that came out of the bathroom sink smelt awful and was not useable. The mattress on the bed was awful and felt more like an air mattress. Check in and check out was easy and staff was polite.」

「The resort was ok, and overall I was not too disappointed. The check in was some what confusing. There is a Doubletree side and an Ellie beach side. I went to the Ellie beach side because that’s where were. I walked up and was told I wasn’t in line that she was going together was next. It」

「The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.」

「Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!」

「The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement. The furniture was dated, dented, and edges were peeling. Two staff members were at the front desk talking about how rooms were...

「Bathroom door in the room looked like a dog had been chewing on it, booked efficiency room it had a mini fridge and no sink, late letting us check in then the room was still not ready, no sheets were placed on the beds had to go request sheets. I’ve stayed here multiple times in past this time was not great. Made the best of it and enjoyed my vacation」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
