Even the baseboards were clean which I cannot say about other higher-class hotels where we have stayed. We will definately stay at Regency again when we are visiting family in the area. "

The only reason the surrounding area lost a star is because it is a rustic environment - but that’s part of its charm! Don’t arrive here in high heels; wear your hikers or your mucking boots to walk around the farm, but once inside the loft you’ll be in a spotless, cocoon of comfort. "Friendly staff. Helpful. Rooms average. Fridge made noise - every 30-40 minutes. (106). Needs to be cleaned, also. Otherwise good stay for the price."

"Nice aesthetics. Helpful and courteous staff. I was in 2 rooms and the sink stopper didn’t work and one made for a water leak under sink. They have been renovating. One room phone had bad connection with the front desk, never sure if I was heard or if they were speaking. The location is convenient but common to hear road noise. I would stay again and ask for a back room"
