「The property was nice and clean. The was a bit small but nice and clean. Love the free parking and breakfast. Only thing that I didn't like was having to wait for staff to check in and to wait for staff to check out each time I went to the front desk. There was no one there, and there was no bell to ring.」

「Ok」

「OMG.Loved this hotel. Very convenient to everything. Loved exposed brick walls in our room. Shower was as big as my entire bathroom. Very tastefully decorated. Nice bar and lounge.」

「I loved the stay at the hotel. I was getting lost since its connect to another hotel but them of them together beautiful. When I checked in I was given an UPGRADE to a suite with a kitchen and a great view. The room was clean and the bathroom was everything.」

「服务态度还可以」

「Good」

「Staff were great to work with and the location could not have been better as a way to explore the heart of this district. We liked it so much we added another day and staff made this easy as well. Parking on site was a wonderful and rare option in this part of the city. We arrived by motorcycle and it could not have been easier and parking staff were great as well. Highly recommended!」

「The hotel is located in the French Quarters and close to lots of bars, restaurants, museums and shopping Ms Elaine was welcoming, kind and really helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I will be back. Thanks for making my birthday trip a great one!」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「This is a charming place that keep the historic structure of the French Quarter, but has all the standard ameneties that you would expect, the rooms are good size and super clean, has a fridge, good bed and pillows. The hotel has a cute bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, so many options. It is 3 min walk to bourbon street. I would definetly stay there again.」

「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」
