"The night clerk was awesome! I arrived at 12:00 am. The door was still unlocked and I was very grateful for this. She directed me to the restroom, as I requested. She checked me in and was very pleasant. She allowed me to keep my vehicle parked close to the front door while I brought in my luggage, etc. When I went to park the car, I lost one of my keys. Without hesitation, the night clerk programmed two more keys and removed the coding of the key I lost. She was very focused on customer service and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you! 😊 "
