Easy to find location. Fast check-in. Perfect room: comfortable bed, quiet air conditioner and refrigerator, no highway noise or noise in the hall. I appreciated the long counter on either side of the bathroom sink and the thick & plentiful towels wash rags, and face towels. Only downside was the breakfast: the eggs, sausage, and fruit looked scroungy ,no bu, no frur.

6/10 Okay

Stayed at numerous Comfort Inns traveling across country and found them very nice. Sadly, Lancaster CI was not as nice. First off, very smelly approaching front door and a smell in the lobby. But most annoying though was there were NO towel racks at all. Not one. Only two small hooks on bathroom door very high up. The employees were excellent, however. Polite and helpful.

Property is comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was fine with limited items. We were there for a very short time so hard to really give a review. I would stay there again.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was there was kids running through the hallways, kicking the doors several times throughout the night. I called the front desk after the fourth time and they seem to have handled it. Other than that would highly recommend breakfast was very good and location was very safe.
