"I thoroughly enjoyed my time in a mansion. My room at the Inn was the Damon. It was clean and comfortable as was its bathroom. I had access to a large, well equipped kitchen on the floor below. There were also multiple sitting rooms and plenty of coffee and tea on my floor and the first floor. While there are stairs to climb, they are not difficult and worth the effort. Check in instructions were texted to me and were easy to follow."

"Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"This is an old inn and each room is different so other folks may have a totally different experience. My room, #73, was quite small, suitable for only 1 person. There was no chair, light or electrical receptacles by the desk area. There were also no USB plug ins in the room. There is also no elevator so if you can’t negotiate steps, request a first floor room. On the plus side, the Inn is charming, the staff friendly and helpful, and there is an excellent restaurant attached to the Inn. ...

"The property needs some serious upgrading and maintenance. While we just needed a place to sleep, the room looked 'worn' It was not very well lit. We really were not sure if the room was dirty or not, but the shower tiles had mold and there was no stopper in the sink so you could see the "crud' in the pipes. There was no toilet paper holder so there was just a loose roll or toilet paper. We slept well because we were tired. The room had a refrigerator and someone had spilled something in...

"I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...
