Hotel needs a lot of maintenance…inside and out… looked under staffed . The room was ok but not great.. needs some remodeling… Not what I was expecting under the name of Ramada!!

Front desk staff needs to be more aware and respectful of customers time. They were more busy gossiping and talking amongst each other instead of answering phone calls or assisting customers in person. I found it unprofessional. Room above me had toilet running all night long so I couldn't sleep. And hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Elevator didnt have pleasant smell either. Breakfast was inconvenient because there were NO SPOONS and there wasnt enough milk or orange juice or much of anything FOR all the guests.

There was no phone or microwave in our room. The pool hours were 12 noon to 9PM and we had to go get someone to open the pool after noon. Their was garbage all over our the grounds.

It was dirty. The bed was terrible. The mattress sunk significantly in the middle. There was garbage everywhere. It was very musty smelling. The vent in the bathroom was caked in dust/dirt. The curtains were falling off of the rod. The ventilation system took hours to cool the room and it sounded like a jet.

I reserved a room for me and my children. We get to the hotel and there is only a reservation for 2. I had to book another room which was cheaper than to buy extra wrist bands for my children because in order to get in the pool everybody had to have a wrist band. The rooms took forever to cool down when we got there and breakfast included was a joke. There was bread orange juice coffee and milk.

There was mold around the tub/shower wall area, mold around sink faucet, shower curtain rod so broken the curtain couldn't close entirely, shower head dripped all night (loud), and bed closest to windows has a broken frame. Will not stay there again!

Online check in did not work nor save me time. I had to do the whole check in process again when I arrived. Elevators are not working right.every time I push 4 it takes me to 5. And the parking was a long walk to the front desk.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable and we slept and left. hallway carpets are dirty. There was no refrigerator in our room One of the rooms we rented smelled like old beer spilled all over. everything was old. There were patches and paint repair spots everywhere where they tried to cover how bad the place is. Ice was only on the first floor. The elevators were not working . We had to use the stairs. The breakfast was Tang and pastry and called cereal. There was a toaster with bread. Our key kept resetting and we continually had to go to the bottom to ask them to fix it so we could get in our room. The hot tub was not working, which was the main reason we picked this particular place. Do not recommend.

I didn’t even check in due to conditions. It was so dirty. Blood stains, mouse Pooh. Expedia wouldn’t assist in getting a refund. It was so awful. Multiple families in my group had to find somewhere else to stay.

The first room we checked into had stained bed linens. The second room was missing a toilet paper dispenser and refrigerator. The rooms next to us were also very load. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We checked out and went to another hotel. The parking lot also seemed unsafe and there was garbage all over the lot.
