"Super cool decor. Felt like I was in a Wes Anderson movie. Front desk attendant asked how my stay was. After answering her, I explained a problem I had had at a competitor on the far side of town the night before. This attendant responded by thanking me for staying with them & provided free drink coupons. After not even getting an apology from the previous hotel, this said a lot about how they value their guests. I was really impressed!"
