"This is the second time my family and I have stayed here for an event. From start to finish the stay at Meadowlands is perfect. The ladies at the front desk on 08/10/25 were amazing, helpful & professional. The rooms are always clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious and great selection. The breakfast staff are wonderful. We will continue to stay at Meadowlands Plaza Hotel anytime we are in town. "

"Hotel is in a great location near Times Square and Penn Station. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them (without exception!). The hotel itself was super busy with guests but the staff seamlessly kept everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Our room was perfect and very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle in the lobby. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Highly recommend this Hyatt Place and we’ll be back!"

"This hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. There were homeless people sleeping on the block constantly, but this is NYC. I did notice people continually cleaning outside on the block too, which made the issue. a non-issue. "

"Elias at the desk was the most wonderful human being. He was so kind to my son and his first trip to NYC. He made it very special and personalized just by chatting with him and making a sweet King Keegan note on room key envelope for our King sweet. Just made the check in process a very pleasant one. He made an 8 year olds visit feel special and with a sprinkle of magic. We will be back for his bday in September and hope to see Elias again!! "
