For the price, it was awesome. They need to pay a little more attention to keeping the community bathrooms clean but otherwise, clean room, nice staff, comfy bed, tiny space, tiny price. Easy walk to 14th St Subway and Chelsea Market.

Room was clean and quiet and staff were friendly and efficient. In the winter - know that when you first get into the room it will be hot - but you can turn on the air-conditioner and a fan (and open the window) to keep it cool. The shared bath is ok - two toilet closed stalls - very sparse but fine. If you were in a college dorm this might feel familiar. Good location - felt safe and the area around the hotel was clean. Recommend for the adventurous who don't need a lot of space or their own bathroom.
