「Hotel is Clean . Really nice manager & great service ! 」

「The room was a large King Suite for 2-4 people. King Bed, convertible sofa bed. Very clean, fresh smell, included a good small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, supply of coffee and some bottles of water. Wide bathroom counter and single sink with plenty of room for 2 people to get ready for the day at the same time. Large bathroom with a tub shower. We had a great location 3rd floor above the lobby area. We were greeted with an overwhelming welcome from Haytham at check-in. ...

「I liked the room and the resort , the pool was great , I think for me a few times it was just other guests that was a turn off in one way or another. P.S. add a smoking section somewhere , would t be a bad idea . Over all was great stay !!」

She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar....

「Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer...

「As I checked in, the person helping me kept asking me if I had any questions, well yes, she didn’t explain nothing about the resort until I asked her. As I got to my room, I had no idea how to open the door, I soon figured it was my wrist band, that was not explained to me . Amenities weren’t the best, I couldn’t figure out that the shower had a bunch of things going on and getting the temperature right was a chore. The toilet kept making weird sounds .
