The room was really clean. Bed was super comfy! Decorated so cute! Housekeepers were very good. The office staff was rude and unfriendly. The only one that was nice was the young lady working the morning we checked out. It felt like they were being inconvenienced by our questions. The resort as a whole was really cute and a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast is better at a Super 8. Our room and bathroom were very small. The toilet was not to code. When I asked the front desk about it she said we got a value room. Which she didn’t explain what that meant or how we got it. I told her the room should still meet code requirements. She said there was nothing she could do to help and was not pleasant about it.

It was clean for an old hotel and the bar staff was very friendly but if you’re looking for the real Key West experience, it’s too far away and on a busy highway. Not worth the minimal savings especially if you add in cab fare to get anywhere else.

Me and my buddies come to key west 4x a year to spear fish / offshore fish Horrible experience at this property, from the moment we arrived Gina / Mama G was so mean, grouchy, and unprofessional. Really for our trip off to a bar start We never received ANY housekeeping, we just expected having clean towels, sheets, trash removed. Was very shocked after paying a resort fee for the extra travelers they didn’t touch one thing in the room I even went to the front desk after the first day and reminded them we really wanted it cleaned / new sheets and towels. They assured me this would be done and apologized. They didn’t follow through on anything. The AC didn’t work half the trip either Very expensive stay and a horrible experience, we come to key west all the time but I will never stay here again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

Thw resort was great...Restaurant was awful. Meal was terrible, served cold, flavorless, and service was even worse. Dinner was so bad that we decided not to return for breakfast even though it was free.

The room was very small and completely bare bones. There were almost none of the usual hotel room items. Specifically lacking was the bathroom. It was TINY. The shower was claustrophobic; about the size of a phonebooth. It was impossible not to brush up against the walls. There was no shelf of any kind, so everything had to be placed on the toilet. No soap was provided.

Room floor was in bad condition as well as the deck outside our room. Felt like you were going to fall through. I felt they gave us the sub par rooms because we booked through a 3rd party. Also the shower was so old and small to fall through

There are many positives like the property and little beach on the bay and rental bikes. However, I did not know this was a smoker's hotel. Ashtrays outside all the rooms and many people smoking on the property. Also, a 26 dollar "resort fee" is not justified. It is a hotel with some amentities you habe to pay extra for.

I booked this hotel based on advertised amenities, but the information provided was inaccurate and the stay felt unsafe. An airport shuttle was advertised, but upon arrival I was told it no longer exists, and the Duval Street shuttle was also not running. Check-in was unfriendly, and staff gave vague guidance about transportation alternatives. We were directed to rent bikes without explanation of the braking system, and the brakes did not work well plus no lights. There was no in-room safe, and a large “vacant” sign remains visible on the door when leaving the room, clearly signaling it is unoccupied. When these concerns were raised, management responses were dismissive. Overall, I did not feel safe or supported, and accurate information and basic security were lacking.
