Is this an ocean view? For me, it is not! Room 110, terrible room, I felt cheated. Paid for an ocean view and had a pool view instead. Staff did not want to help or expedia. Really disappointed

We stayed in the double suite for our stay. This was perfect for our family of 6. There was free laundry offered on our floor with detergent complimentary from the desk (it does not take pods). The room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was sufficient. The view was beautiful. Only downside of the larger room is that the balcony was very small, so we did not take advantage of it. The pool was great for the kids. The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Damar at the front desk and one of the service staff who we kept seeing moving towels I believe Charlton - so great!

The swimming pool is very clean and safe, with few people and suitable for children to play. I travel 4-5 times a year, and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in

The room faces north with an ocean view, but there’s a fairly busy road in between, so it can be a bit noisy. The room itself is quite spacious and clean. However, compared to other hotels in the $400+ per night range, the facilities are rather limited — aside from a swimming pool, there’s not much else. Overall, the value for money is average.

Covered parking is available. Pool area Is ok. Tiny fridge with complimentary waters by pool but no one refills it. Plenty of pool towels available.Suite was not what had been pictured, much smaller. Tiny fridge. One small closet with few hangers, iron and board. Kitchen equipment is sparse and not very clean. Tiny noisy dishwasher. Coffee pods never refilled. Pull out sofa bed was serviced only one out of 4 nights. No one from housekeeping ever cleaned anything at all in bathroom or kitchen except trash. Had to request enough shower gel, shampoo, conditioner for 4 people and received 12 tubes of shampoo in a bag. Housekeeping really lacking in all aspects. Terraces do face ocean but very noisy with major multi lane roadway in between hotel and water. Air conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke every night and pretty noisy- blower stays on constantly. Location Requires golf cart or car to reach downtown. Cost was high for an all around below average experience. Would not go again.

This hotel is 3-4 miles (20-25mins drive) away from all the action/entertainment and in a quieter area. The hotel was clean, suites were welcoming/kept well, and staff was very friendly checking in all the time to ensure my trip was going well. This is a perfect location for families and travelers that want to check out the action but want a quiet evening and morning. Plenty of onsite parking. There is a grocery store, tj maxx, fast food within 5mins driving distance. Beaches, restaurants, and nightly entertainment within 3-4miles but will take 20-25mins due to the roads and traffic. The only downside for me was I couldn’t find good coffee/breakfast close by and had to drive out. The coffee in the room is terrible so don’t even try it.
